We recognize the importance of Holistic health of the residents of police colonies, for this purpose some barren space in police colonies itself have been developed from stone to lush green park with the play area. So far at two very large police colonies this initiative have taken place, they are:

Library

We felt our obligation to the provision of library where our young minds could sit and study to reach their goals with the facilities of books, newspaper, magazine, computers etc. Thus libraries were started at these various welfare centres and police colonies.

Study Centre

We ensured children of police personnel get nurtured at various levels who have limited resources. Study centres at various welfare centres contribute to the expansion of academical insights and human understanding, through courses, tuitions and studies.

Gym

While you can get a very effective workout at home, a gym offers a wider variety of exercise options than most people can afford in their houses. Free weights, cardio machines, a track, that can help you prevent a plateau through variety of exercise. Gyms do this through a combination of equipment, education, training and socialization that keep you motivated, coming back and on track to continually improve and expand your exercise. Considering these facts, till now three welfare centres have gym facilities.

Nasha Mukti

Drugs and substance abuse and dependence have become a worldwide public health crisis. The abuse of drug is an international problem, which affects almost every country in the world, both developed and developing. Hence, an initiative to conduct counselling sessions at every 11 centres including welfare centres and police colonies have successfully completed. Main aim of these sessions was to create awareness about the ill-effects of alcoholism and substance abuse to the individual, the family and the society at large and to promote community participation and public cooperation in the reduction of demand for dependence-producing substances.
